Frankie the Fearless Fisher
Fan Page of Our Campaign Mascot

Frankie
(they/them)
Frankie is a (taxidermied) fisher.
Anishinaabemowin (Ojibwe): Ojiig
Latin: Pekania pennanti
Why They/Them?
Although females are significantly smaller than males, we don't know if Frankie is a female or a juvenile male.
What exactly is a Fisher?
Fishers are medium-sized carnivorous mammals found in North America, particularly in forested areas like District 2B. They are members of the weasel (not cat) family. Known for their agility and strength, they primarily hunt small to medium-sized animals, including squirrels and rabbits - but not fish. They are one of the few predators of porcupines.

Frankie's Afterlife
Frankie was acquired by John in March, 2023 via online purchase on the condition that Emily was permitted to name Frankie and dress them in seasonal hats. An agreement was made.

Following appearances on social media, Emily's campaign team recommended that Frankie join the team as mascot. They will be on site at most campaign stops - visit to show up on Frankie's Instagram and grab a custom sticker!
